**Job Description**:
This is a hybrid role need to travel and visit dealers.
What you will do:
Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores
Facilitating mentoring and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met.
Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies.
Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities.
Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM
Build and manage relationships.
Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives.
Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory balancing.
Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
Assist in customer problem resolution
Performs other related duties as assigned
**Additional Job Description**:
3 to 5 years of experience in similar role
Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering
Advanced Englis Level
