The RISE Rotational Engineer ProgramThe RISE Rotational Engineer Program is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders through three 6-month rotations with engineering-focused assignments.The rotations are intended to provide valuable diverse experience and maximize the participant's learning through hands-on experience, formal training, coaching/mentoring to grow across several functions before settling into a best-fitting role for both the individual and the organization.It offers a full-time permanent position with strategic assignments, providing the skills and experience necessary to build a solid career foundation at Littelfuse.About The Program18-month program that includes three 6-month rotationsPermanent, full-time position and a placement after the development program endsAnnual program starts April – July; applications are accepted until March 30th.About YouBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Material, Process, or Reliability.Up to 1 year of professional working experience in field.Available to work in a full-time role on-site.Great communication skills and fluent in English (written and verbal).
