Responsibilities:• Lead product teardowns and benchmarking to enhance design performance.• Define and manage project goals, timelines, and team coordination.• Identify and implement design changes that optimize cost without sacrificing quality.• Guarantee compliance with applicable standards and regulations.Requirements:• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or related field.• 3–5 years designing appliances – HVAC or water heaters preferred.• Solid understanding of engineering/manufacturing change processes.• Fluent in English.• Valid U.S. visa and open to travel.
