Who We're Looking For:We are not just hiring recruiters — we are hiring recruitment specialists who:· ? Have 6–12+ months of hands-on experience recruiting for the U.S. market, with a deep understanding of its dynamics and expectations.· ? Are experts in high-volume recruiting, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously with speed and precision.· ? Can own the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, resume optimization, and conducting structured interviews.· ? Are KPI-driven and thrive under performance metrics — our standard is to fill roles in under 24 hours.· ? Are tech-savvy, with strong command of Excel, Word, databases, and ATS platforms (speed and accuracy are key).· ? Speak fluent English (C1/C2 level preferred) — you'll be engaging with U.S. candidates daily.· ? Have prior experience in international call centers (e.g., AMEX, Teleperformance, ICC), which is a strong advantage.· ?
