About the role:
The position holder will support the Mexican´s office through strategic partnering with business units leaders to provide guidance and advice related with the recruitment and talent management processes. This will involve driving strategic resourcing activities such as vendor management, branding and social media, recruitment/selection process design , workforce planning market talent mapping, alumni engagement and the like to deliver on the businesses talent development and resource needs
This position will have the following tasks:
Driving the embedding and implementation of the Human Capital Strategy in the talent acquisition and recruitment processes and approach of the country recognising local needs.
Responsible of the recruitment and talent management strategies for the Mexican location.
Creating strong sustainable recruitment/selection capabilities in the organization by updating and designing new recruiting procedures to support the future of doing business as a Business Solution Center.
Using HR analytics and market intelligence to understand and influence key levers to better talent positioning and resourcing for business needs.
Develop and maintain thorough understanding of organizational culture and jobs content, and use that understanding to help candidates fully recognize the opportunity.
Implementing new sourcing methods& channels that allows providing high quality professional candidates to hiring managers and senior leader.
Able to set up a network with agencies, universities and other social sites to support improve our employer brand and identify new talent for critical roles.
Represent the company in recruiting events such as job fairs and other community events.
Implement and drive Employer Branding / University Marketing activities
Build the company´s professional network through relationships with HR professional, colleges and other partners.
Act as subject matter expert of talent management to support effective development solutions.
Identifying core business and learning needs and together with OPD area to provide offerings.
About You:
Minimum of 10 years HR experience in an international environment, including at least 2 – 4 years in activities related to talent acquisition strategic topics
Masters Degree / Professional certification, strong understanding and knowledge of all HR areas, good knowledge of employment laws.
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Experience of having set up a recruitment team/practice or having contributed to streamlining the function would be an added advantage
Experience in talent management.Leadership qualities and soft skills

Strong client and service-orientation with strong people skills and excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to proactively assess business needs and conceptualise solutions
Good team player, creating a constructive working environment, bringing enthusiasm and handling conflict openly.
