About the Role:
This position is mainly responsible for providing a high level of staffing services, delivers high quality professional candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Swiss Re selection process. This individual will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting both internal and external. He/She will also be expected to network and forge productive relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and the HR community.
In this position, you will be responsible for the following:
Filter resumes to identify qualified candidates
Interview candidates, screen and provide an appropriate candidate slate
Maintain a strong network of key organizations, associations, agencies, websites and other social media platform for candidate sourcing
Manage and propose new channels of recruiting
Attend recruiting events such as Fairs at Universities
Negotiate and develop offers in collaboration with the hiring managers, providing advice on offer within guidelines of Swiss Re Reward policy and practices
Coordinate background checks, personality test and medical test
Handle onboarding program agenda
Serve as point of contact for internal clients (globally) for recruiting
Manage administrative duties and local processes for assigned country programs and processes (STPS training documentation, Talent Management, internal languages classes)
Provide timely and adequate resolutions of all client queries
Responsible for vendors payments
About You:
The requirements for this position are:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of HR recruiting experience
- Broad, general and current knowledge of HR processes and practices as well as on labor law
- Work experience in various countries or with a global organization would be an asset
- Strong interpersonal and empathy skills, and proven communication skills
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload a must
- Result-oriented and highly motivated
- Strong customer services skills and the ability to work within a virtual team environment is required
- Proficiency in English, written and verbal required.
