Common tasks may include, but are not limited to;
Review. Successfully review job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that?ll help you identify the right candidate(s).
Understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills. Learn and evaluate your technical skills
Identify. Sourcing and uncovering candidates
Screen. Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description
Interview. Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference to assess their qualifications
Following up. Keep your candidates in the loop. This goes a long way to build your credibility and keep your candidates either coming back to you or sending referrals to you. Read this article on following up with candidates and also why candidates are rude to their recruiters
Present. Showing or offering candidate resumes to hiring managers to scrutinize or consider
Other HR Responsibilities
Common tasks include, but are not limited to;
Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Implementing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.
Conducting orientation and training programs.
Scheduling and conducting job evaluations.
Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work.
Managing human resource policies, procedures, and records
We are looking for someone who possesses;
Strong organizational skills;
Presentation skills and extreme attention to detail;
The ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines;
The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and priorities tasks and workload;
Punctuality, reliability, and honesty;
To be considered for this position we require;
English as a first language or 100% bilingual
Extensive experience with MS Excel and/or Google Sheets;
Specific experience testing and recruiting IT professionals (developers).

Web design and/or programming languages;
A degree in HR, accounting or finances;
