This position will report to the Recruitment Coordinator and is responsible for assisting in the recruiting efforts for various positions for New Stand Openings. In essence, this position will assist in recruiting for all non-executive level positions . This position will also be accountable for assisting in updating recruitment metrics. This position will assist in developing and implementing the recruitment and talent strategies that support the short and long-term business needs and objectives.
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay in the loop on current and future staffing demands.
Assist in creating, leading and implementing candidate sourcing strategies, targeted at attracting qualified candidates.
Source passive and active candidates on various jobs boards and conduct a high volume of phone screens and schedule in-person interviews.
Assist in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics.
Candidate must be highly organized and must have great communication skills verbally and written
Solid personal computer knowledge and ability to use essential technology (databases, spreadsheets, and email) effectively and efficiently
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
The ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Basic experience doing evaluations and interviews
