**We are looking for a **Appointment Setter** to join our team remotely.We're Lot Squared Development, and we develop high-profile luxury homes and boutique condominiums in Washington, DC, and we're growing!
Our projects have been featured in The Washington Post, Builder Online, and KBB Magazine.As a real estate developer, we source our own projects off-market.
One of the ways we find these sellers is by cold calling them, and we make millions of cold calls a month!
Our appointment setters helps grow our business by managing these leads within our CRM and ensuring that no lead goes unnoticed.
**On a day-to-day basis, you will**:- Contact qualified leads and complete 100 - 300 calls every day using auto-dialing software.- Build relationships with customers over time and convert them from warm leads to fully qualified leads.- Provide fully qualified leads to the Acquisition Manager who closes the deal.- Manage our CRM and re-engage past leads.- Collaborate with the team on other administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:- 3+ years experience as a cold caller/outbound sales representative.- 1+ year experience managing a CRM.- Fluent oral and written English communication skills.- Reliable internet connection.- Wired headphones/headset.- Dedicated and quiet work environment.- Willing to work our US business hours from 11AM-8PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per year
