Our 'Here For You' Employee Assistance Program is available for our employees globally, providing confidential emotional support, financial and legal advice free of charge.**Your key responsibilities**- Data management for a portfolio of private equity real estate funds- Address client queries related to funds, analyze and amend in accordance with MSCI procedure- Provide bespoke analysis if/when requested by clients- Build and maintain effective relationships with client coverage, research and data teams.- Participate and deliver on the assigned projects, as per milestones- Drive efficiency by getting involved in Process Improvement initiatives- Enforce adherence to Data Provider Code of Conduct to ensure data inclusion to MSCI Private Real Estate Indexes**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**- Fundamental knowledge in accounting and finance is mandatory - Real Estate market knowledge is a plus- Working knowledge of MS Excel skills (required) and knowledge of VBA skills, Power BI and Python (desirable)- Fluency in English language is a must- 0 to 2 years of work experience in financial services- Bachelors in any finance or engineering related discipline are required; management degree is a plus- Confident and motivated to work in a global environment- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines- Detail oriented, willingness to learn and grow per the business goals and adaptable to changing requirements- Appreciation for diverse cultural norms/style- Self-motivated, independent, quick-learner and strong team player**How we'll support you**- Our culture of high performance and innovation relies on our people sharing their knowledge and lifting each other up.
