Descripción de la vacante
* Lead plant quality activities.
* Responsible for ensuring the Quality department (process, clients, product).
* Responsible of CI & knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process
* Creates strategic and operating plans for the site's quality improvements.
* Works with customer business teams and other commercial team representatives to achieve customer and internal quality objectives. Works directly with customer quality representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction on quality results and actions.
* Has the authority to stop production and/or shipments where critical quality standards are no met.
* Works with local and regional supply base management to assure supplier quality performance and audit requirements are met. Works with Supplier Quality to ensure new supplier introductions and supplier PP AP assessments meet customer.
* Ensure that for ongoing production, any deviations from approved documentation are properly analyzed, controlled & approved, including obtaining engineering approvals where appropriate.
Perfil del candidato
BS in Engineering. 5+ year's experience as Quality Manager in global companies. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in operation. International experience is a plus. Experience in automotive industry is a must. Advanced English is a must. Leadership and team building skills is very important.
