·Well versedin reporting, Stakeholder management, people & team management
·Should beable to work independently and should be able to drive to team towardsachieving project goals
·Experiencedin Effort Estimation, Scheduling, Risk Management
·Followprescribed standards and processes of testing
·Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
·Shouldpossess strong interpersonal skills
·Shouldpossess strong Presentation skills
·Ability toestablish and maintain strong relationships with executive level stakeholders(internal/external)
·Goodconflict management, negotiation, facilitation and prioritization skills
·Strongexperience and exposure towards certifications (CMMi, ISO, Tmmi, etc) w.r.tcurrent trends - Optional
