**Junior/ Associate Network Engineer.**As an **Associate/ Junior Network Engineer** you will configure, maintain, troubleshoot and monitor performance for customer network connectivity to QAD Cloud data centers. This is a 24/7 on-call environment that involves maintaining SLA systems uptime. The position requires customer interaction, Cloud partner vendor interaction and response to tickets entered into QAD customer support ticketing and monitoring systems.**What You’ll Do**: Troubleshoot and maintain data network and systems. Using defined procedures, work with vendors and regional network administrators to resolve problems and outages. Respond to and resolve reported network problems. Escalate issues to network engineer, senior network engineer or manager as needed. Monitor system performance. Perform standard network administration functions as needed using vendor provided toolsets or QAD reference materials and tools. Participate in rotational 24/7 support. Work with existing customers to help configure network connectivity to cloud data centers. Stay abreast of new developments in the field.**What You’ll Need**: University degree in Information Technology or equivalent. CCNA, CompTIA Network + certifications **desired.** Support of information technology/network infrastructure and/or customer facing problem resolution. Knowledge of data networks, **VPN and client/server.** LAN/WAN infrastructure understanding and troubleshooting ability. Network or Information Technology support experience.
