PXS-Agile Coach

Experience: Certified Scrum master and Agile coach. At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum master, applying agile, practices, and theory. The main responsibilities are:

• As a reflective observer to notice the interactions and reactions and, provide perspective to the team.
• Assess the Agile maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
Facilitate to communicate & resolve conflict, as well as mentor & teach

Facilitate group dynamics, and personality styles, help the team come to a decision when there are strong opinions and personalities in the way of productive conversations
• Guide the team to use Agile/Scrum practices and self-organize
• Guide the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Counsel the team help come to a clearer understanding of the problem currently being presented and help the team to effectively explore and evaluate solutions
