PROJECT MANAGER VIRTUAL/WEBCASTING EXPERIENCE

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Poses a high-level of experience managing projects, accounts, client services and / or technical projects / programs (3-5 years)
• Experience working remotely and managing meetings, clients, and applications remotely
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to complete tasks and meet multiple objectives on deadline with little or no supervision
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on client needs and live event schedules
• Displays the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to effectively complete assigned projects within the specified timeline
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and respond strategically to customer needs
• Is effective and diligent with managing ambiguous schedules, deadlines and requests
• Effectively collaborates across multiple teams, within a variety of cultures, and
• Displays a professional sense of urgency to project management; follows up promptly builds strong working relationships with team members, clients and partners and communicates proactively and professionally with team members, leadership and clients
• Provides top - notch customer service while managing the service level agreement to remain within scope
• Can think critically and adapt quickly to ensure work is done accurately

Activities and Responsibilities:

• Understand core product and market challenges by examining multiple perspectives, triangulating inputs from cross - functional team members
• Evangelize product solutions both internally and externally, building business cases for product investment and for client investment into product
• Partner with stakeholders (and leadership) to distill product roadmaps and strategic approaches
• Ensure business and functional stories and hand - offs are well formed, understandable, organized and transparently prioritized
• Develop a trusted day - to - day relationship with the development team to build, measure, learn and iterate simple and elegant features
• Track status, negotiate deadlines, proactively communicate and collaborate throughout conception to feature realization
• Gather data on current potential market sizes for enterprise and SaaS offerings
• Assist in the development of various product and company initiatives to support company revenue targets
• Analyze various build vs buy equations as they relate to long term technical and strategic goals
• Establish working business models to assist leadership with product prioritization and alignment with strategic plan
• Maintain a list of strategic initiatives and provide leaderships visibility with status and prioritization.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge for the products value proposition, features and functions and roadmap
• Periodically communicate the value of the product to client both in person and on conference calls
• Educate other teams on evolving product roadmap and be prepared to defend the roadmap to clients, stakeholders and partners
• Lead scrum sessions through function requirement sessions and be able to propose alternative options based on technical challenges, changes in priority or evolving customer needs.
• Lead weekly product roadmap meetings
• Identify gaps in commercialization, hosting, and delivery and assist in organizational alignment aimed at building customer satisfaction and organizational profitability.
• Build relationships with Sales, Pre - Sales, Finance, Sales Ops, and Development to streamline development process and the funneling of requirements into development
• Maintain communication between development and the organization as to the status of various epics as they proceed through development and testing.
• Set and understand overall development schedule working with development teams to define and schedule releases
• Help to develop an agile mentality with stakeholders and partners to maintain flexibility for roadmaps and decisions impacting customers, client services, and sales.
• Investigate and analyze customer data to identify ways to improve customer usage of companys products and services and minimize risk of customer cancellations

We offer:

• Highly proficient business English – both verbal and written
• 3-5 years of experience in account management, project management and client communications
• 3-5 years of Webcast/Webinar experience (preferably multiple platforms)
• 1-2 years of Virtual Event/Environment Management Experience
• Strong internet and digital technical skills including intermediate knowledge of HTML
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelors degree or greater (any major)
