**Job Description**:

- Responsible for preventive quality (planning, execution and release) for new projects and changes (ECR), mechanical components for Electronics Units.
- Independent coordination and implementation of purchasing projects within a project team.
- Conduct and lead technical discussion meetings with RB project team and supplier to clarify technical requirements and milestones.
- Evaluate and confirm supplier capability from technical side before supplier awarding.
- Execute process release at supplier and approve PPAP, final release of purchased components.
- Lead resolution of component related quality problems before SOP.
- Represent and report preventive quality topics up to management team.
- Coordinate meeting with suppliers and Bosch areas for new projects focused on released component process

**Qualifications**:

- More than 3 years experiences with mechanical components (plastic, connector, aluminum die-castig, stamping, assembly, etc.)
sourcing or supplier quality management, from automotive industry is a plus.
- Deep understanding of quality management and experience in preventive quality process, aligned with IATF 16949 and VDA requirements
- Good project management skills, like planning, coordinating, prioritizing and communicating complex tasks within the project team and taking active initiative to solve difficulties.
- Technical understanding in reading blueprints and discussing technical terms and specifications with suppliers, deep knowledge on GD&T
- Professional in English skills, MS office, as well as experienced in working within SAP system.
- Proactive and able to work independently, but also as a part of team.
- Flexible in ability to adapt to different project requirements, environments and able to domestic and international travel if necessary.
