About the Role

Uber Eats is looking to further build out its performance marketing team with a digital media candidate who will join the Latam Programmatic and Display team. The ideal person for this role is someone who loves data and getting into the nitty-gritty details of a media campaign, but also has the confidence to jump on a call with sales reps to help strategically grow our business with them.
What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day campaign operations across multiple DSPs and other partners
Contribute to and iterate on current programmatic process with key internal stakeholders
Provide critical reporting to internal and external partners, diving deep into campaign data to provide non-obvious and actionable insights
Identify, address and resolve ad operations issues that adversely affect campaigns in order to consistently increase our operational efficiency
Consistent testing to optimize ROI, targeting, bid strategies, and creative. Must be data-oriented, eager to design and execute thorough testing processes that can feed into the channel’s everyday activities

What You’ll Need

Performance marketing campaign optimization experience, preferably on Programmatic
Strong analytical profile
Excellent negotiation, quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to influence technical cross-functional teams, consisting of product and engineering staff
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience and comfort in working in a team environment and with technical teams
Ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines
Professional proficiency in English & Spanish
Negotiate and execute PMPs, trading desk experience
Familiar with KPIs: CPA, CPC, CPM, Attribution and LTV

Bonus Points

Experience with SQL
Experience with Video and Native buying
Experience with web analytics such as MixPanel/Google Analytics
