Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Readiness and planning PCBA NPI in accordance with Flex Program Manager on each segment
PCBA Engineering readiness according different Engineering supporting areas
Coordination and follow up with master planning scheduling for PCBA NPI run
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
Bachelor´s degree
Experience as program manager or as Eng readiness leader
Knowledge on PCBA manufacturing process and basic tooling
Experience as PCBA NPI Engineer
Well organized and with strict follow up to project plans
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
PCBA Process Engineering experience
Master scheduling work experience
Final customer commercial relationship
