Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines and teams.
They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams.
This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.Leads multiple project activities throughout project to ensure completition within the defined acope, time and cost contraints.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned stakeholders for the activities related to the scope, deliverables, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiative.
Develop timelines with identified milestones, budget and activities.
Apply change management, risk analysis and resource management.
Identify and resolve roadblocks Asses program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure goals are met on time both with customer satisfaction and team member performance.
Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Frequently meeting with stake holders to make communication easy and trasnparent reagarding project issues and decision on services.
Producing accrate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Have sense of urgency in every day activities.
