Production Manager

-Overseeing Speaker Production process -Read and comprehend drawings and blue prints

-Ensure proper maintenance of all tools and machines in the area.Perform periodic machine preventive maintenance per schedule

-Maintain on-line product inspections, floor audits, both process and quality

-Champion and coordinate process changes that would improve productivity, quality, efficiency

-Maintain work cells and surrounding areas in a clean/safe working environment

-Ensure new product release/development hit target dates, within your department

-Updating/Implementing changes via DP, BOM’s, ECR, ECO, SMP, MEP, AI, and Track-it

-Maintain a high efficiency and achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals

-Ensure all department employees are adequately trained and familiar with current procedures

-Reallocate team members in and out of departments as required

-Submitrecommendations regarding promotions, hiring, transfers, disciplinary actions, and termination

-Ensure compliance

Experiencia y requisitos
• Engineeringor professional degree or equivalent experience

• Experience required more than 5 yearswith the management of production processes and personnel (MRP,MTM,SIX SIGMA, LEAN MANUFACTURING, ISO 9001)

• Must have well-developed oral and written communication skills

• Basic/Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Oracle is a plus

• Good interpersonal skills required
