Munters equipment is supported by an expert global service network for optimal performance. The extensive experience in process climate optimization, heat recovery and other upgrades provides optimal efficiency and performance improvements. Our aim is to provide our customers with sustainable perfect climate, maintaining the efficiency of their equipment and ensuring uninterrupted, fault-free production.
The Product Manager has a pivotal role in our Global Service business to coordinate from the service product design down to country launch coordination. As Product Manager you will take lead in spare part and upgrade related activities and active part in developing the next generation of Munters services. The role requires you to interact with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. The Product Manager Global Services will be part of the Global Services Product Management and Marketing team and a key member of the Global Services Americas team.
Position will be based in the US (Amesbury or Selma), MEXICO (Apodaca) or BRAZIL (Curitiba).
Key Duties & Responsibilities

As a Product Manager in Global Services you have the full ownership of your part of the Service Product portfolio including R&D activities certifications, design reviews, technical documentation, pricing strategy and operational launch assurance.
You will work cross-functionally with priorities to develop impactful and innovative revenue-generating products and services by driving product ideation, product requirements, value proposition, business cases, and solid go-to-market strategy.
Drive your part of the Service product portfolio by maintaining 12-36 month roadmap
Develop innovative, value adding, revenue-generating new product and services ideas; build business case, get buy-in from key stakeholders and execute on the plans.
Responsible to drive implementation of activities within Global Services framework of People, Process and Tools
Manage service product life cycle management by collaborating with Product Management for all Business Areas, R&D, Service Sales and Operations.
Manage the product marketing strategy through the analysis of customer use cases, understanding of the competitive landscape, and deep awareness of market trends
Facilitate productive and cross-functional relationships via effective and consistent communication
Develop, manage and implement value-based pricing strategies
Interact with organizations, such as, R&D, Operations, Business Development & Strategy, Marketing, Sales Operations, Solutions Engineering, Finance, and various other technical and non-technical organizations, and build consensus in order to execute and bring new product/services ideas to market
Education /Knowledge/ Skills / Ability

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
Five or more years in a product management role or similar in a manufacturing company
Experience with product ideation process for new, innovative products or services by collaborating with cross-functional experts
Strong product management skills and/or air treatment product experience
Comfortable in working in matrix organisation.
Proven ability to independently manage product management/ product development processes
Ability to establish strong relations across organization to drive change
Strong communication skill in multicultural environment
‘Can do’ attitude, strong customer focus and drive for results
Fluent in English, other languages a plus
International travel up to 30%-40%
