Responsabilities:- Responsible for defining and updating GD&T for the frame or subframe blanks, tubes, components and subassemblies based in (ASME Y14.5), to ensure Quality requirements, such as Customer Standards, Process capacity, repeatability and vehicular fitting.- Responsible to create and update the Joint Drawing during Implementation and Production phases, considering input from Assembly and Welding teams, and following Metalsa Engineering Standards MES and Metalsa Project System MPS to ensure correlation between process sheets and Customer welding and quality requirements.- Responsible for defining an initial datum scheme using the six points locating principle (PLP), design risk assessment and shipping study during value proposition quotation phase to ensure engineering contribution to customer quotation requirements- Responsible for the correlation of the datum scheme based on the six points locating principle (PLP) in drawings vs forming and assembly tools using standardized reports aligned with MES (Metalsa Engineering Standards) to ensure process repeatability.- Responsible to create Design information (including but not limited to Drawings, linear stack ups, formability checks, among others) for FCRs (Feasibility Change Request) according to EWO (Engineering Work Order) requirements to ensure reliable on time response to the Customer- Participate in product verification and weld study workshops with Quality, Assembly, Forming, and Welding Teams by being a liaison between Customer Engineering Teams and Metalsa to ensure product requirements.- Participate in the continuous improvement and further development of GD&T standardization with knowledge, experience, customer specs, ASME Y14.5 and IATF 16949 requirements to ensure design standards documentation.**Declaración de igualdad de oportunidades**: Somos un empleador que garantiza la igualdad de oportunidades en el trabajo.
