Guarantee permanently the data in Procuerment systems for the whole global IT systems scope are relevant for operating successfully the business.
Monitors and analyzes the quality of the data in all Procurement tools.
Runs massive data management actions to maintain an appropriate and homogeneous level of quality in all the systems.
Drives transversal data cleansing actions in close coordination with Procurement Data Owner and Solution Manager.


Manage data creation and modifications
Ensure proactive creations, updates, deletions of data as per business requirements while following overall guidelines given by theProcurementData Owner and shared with IPO Core MDE Team.
Is the correspondent of the Life-Cycle Data Factory.
Support new modules, releases and projects deployment by ensuring data creation or modifications in his area.

Follow and Maintain Process for Data Life Cycle Management
Apply processes while following broad guidelines set up by theProcurementData Owner relating to procedures, tools, roles, monitoring tools and dashboard for Life Cycle Management of information based on understanding of business requirements
Set up all the overall process changes with all the related data and responsibilities taking into account the overall solution (OG flows, Organizational Structures, …) and targeted system scope (ECC, GMR, VENUS, Bridge HR, SRM, BW, Other SAP, ORACLE) forProcurementdomain.
Optimize the use of the tools and workflows along the process changes (procedure, training, monitoring,…)
Coordinate with all the people from the various domains who are in the loop of master-data.
Propose improvements toProcurementData Owner

Monitor Master data Quality and Launch Corrective Plans
Run periodically Core queries to generate data quality reports, run consistency checks, conduct analysis of reports, plan and take corrective actions to avoid inconsistencies in data,
Propose eventually new queries in consultation with theProcurementData Owner.
Establish and communicate the MD dashboard with main KPIs to track the MD activity, the lead time commitment and the quality of data.
InformProcurementMasterData Leaders and Data Owners

Be responsible of operational implementation of Master data Model (defined by the Data owner)
Incorporate changes in master data as per legal requirements or changes in organizational functioning, e.g. changes in VAT, Incoterms, Payment terms, STARS codes, etc.
Incorporate changing function requirements to create updated references in master data

Attend to various Business requirements
Provide information by generating answer to requests sent by business
Communicate to business main data processes changes

Lead functionnaly a Team of operational key users
Conduct timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters, recommend personnel actions to HR and provide feedbacks to the team members
Enable development of team members by identifying development gaps, providing coaching and counseling, proposing training & development inputs, nominating team members for the same and monitoring their progress.
Welcome new comers and ensure rapidly their performances in the job by training them on the whole MD LFC system.
Communicate Company’s direction, new developments, success stories along with plans for own function on ongoing basis

Contribute to the =S= MD Life Cycle network
Exchange best practices throughout his zone and with the other Businesses (i.e FiCo)
Propose improvements actions plans on methods, tools, roles , organization, etc.

Specific Skills :

Basic understanding of Procurement, Finance, and Information Systems.
SAP knowledge is a plus.
Databases management (like and can handle big quantity of information)
Intermediate-Advance Excel knowledge is necessary.
Microsoft Access experience is a plus.
