Process Product Industrialization (Applications Engineer)

Your tasks
- Develop and implement PPI procedures and documentation for new and existing products
- Design and draw in 3D software molds and tooling for new products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming parts
- Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to management and clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance in all processes
- Provide technical support and training to production teams on PPI-related topics
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Occasionally travel to client sites or manufacturing facilities as needed

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- Advanced English & Spanish
- Experience:

- Rubber industry (mandatory)
- Analyzing machinery drives and pulleys-belts systems to transfer power is highly preferred.
- In a similar role or related field, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Manufacturing processes and quality control systems
- Knowledge:

- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) or relevant industry standards
- CAD software, 3D designing ( Mechanical)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Industry-specific regulations and standards
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the role
