Jurez Chih., this position will be focus on Following and execution of IQ, OQ, PQ validations, designing and implementation of new processes, layouts, work instructions and RCA, Analyzes and plans workforce utilization and Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. (Customer complains) Troubleshooting (Sustaining on production). Creation and updates of Manufacturing Assembly Procedures Layout Management. Line balancing and standard time studies. Coordination of Continuous improvement, Lean, Kaizens and 6s Projects. Monitoring and implementation of corrective actions to be on compliance with the Company KPIs (productivity, scrap, efficiency, defects, etc.). Creation and updates of process flow diagram, visual aids. Creation of Engineering Change Orders / Deviations for manufacturing process. Documentation of Parameters for packaging and assembly equipment. Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions. Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes Analyzes and plans workforce utilization Implementation of project savings. Research for cost reduction ideas and process improvements Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. First article inspection reports for components and tooling (FAIs) Here is some of what youll need (required) B.A. or B.S. in Engineering or related field or relevant work experience Advanced English (over 80 PERCENT ) Must have at least 6 years of experience in Medical Devices Industry. Strong knowledge in ISO 13485 Experience on Equipment and process validations (DOE, IQ, OQ, PQ) Experience working with Ultrasonic Welder (Branson) 3D Modeling (As a plus). Execution of DOEs to find the optimal parameters for the process Selection and purchase of new equipment for production. Experience designing and implementation of new processes, layouts, work instructions and RCA Experience in new project introduction Problem solving with technical statistics Experience in GMPs, GDPs and QSR regulations.
