About this role As a Process Analyst, you will be a bridge between operational and strategic areas, ensuring workflows are standardized, documented, and updated.
You will lead operational transformation in a global organization, with direct impact on efficiency, quality, and user experience.
You will have visibility with leadership and autonomy to propose improvements.
What you'll do Standardize workflows across operational, technical, and administrative domains.Document and update processes to ensure clarity and consistency.Ensure alignment with global processes and organizational standards.Facilitate clear communication across teams and departments.Adapt processes to organizational changes and evolving needs.Use tools like ServiceNow and ITSM methodologies to manage and improve processes.Apply critical thinking to evaluate and improve current workflows.Collaborate in decision-making with cross-functional teams.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Lead operational transformation initiatives with measurable impact.Engage with leadership to propose and implement process improvements.Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.3 to 4 years of experience in standardizing operational, technical, and administrative processes.Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for process management.Knowledge of ITSM methodologies.Proficiency utilizing ServiceNow and ITSM methodologies to support process optimization and service management.Joining DXC connects you to brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success.
