If you're willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow's cleaner and smarter mobility, Faurecia is the place to be.If you're ambitious, driven and team-spirited, this is your opportunity to build a career as a Plant PC&L Improvement Coordinator in San Juan del Rio, Querétaro.Overall responsibilities and duties:Effectively use the Faurecia Excellence System and promote the implementation of the tools and methodology for production control and logistics within the plant, as well as propose and lead continuous improvements for the supply chain, through the correct coordination of the receiving and shipping warehouses.The main missions of the role are:o Ensure the day-to-day activities related to reception, allocation of parts to storage location, deliveries to production line, withdraw of finished goods from production line, bookings points, TPA preparation, shipment and alert management with adequate staffing affectation to ensure the PC&L Standards respect.o Ensure the proper management of alert system and escalation process in the shop floor and in collaboration with other relevant PCL, plant and corporate functions.o Lead continuous improvement projects within the PC&L area in order to obtain more efficient processes and cost savings. Analyze CAPEX of the area for investment projects.o Provide PC&L standards for the plant: MIFA, stock leveling.o Inventory report by store location and plant.o Ensure follow-up of Pull System.o Ensure implementation and compliance with 5's in the area.o Validation of entries in time: receipt and shipments.o Validation of cycle counts and negative follow-up.o Daily validation of transfers.o Carry out audits of 7 basic inventories and deliveries.o Define the objectives for the use of PC&L resources on a semi-annual basis and build an action plan together with those responsible for PC&L of the plant and division.o Communicate improvement initiatives: Train plant employees when necessary and lead carried out improvement workshops together with those responsible for the PC&L plant.o Issuance and implementation of improvement ideas.o Participation in inventory.o JNI Audit.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have/be:o Minimum level of education: Industrial Engineering / Logistics Engineering / Supply Chain.o Language: Fluent English.o Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.Skills and competencieso Warehouse control in receiving and shipping areas.o Material flow, transfer control in FCS (SAP).o Personnel management, able to meet deadlines.o Negotiation, supervisory and management.o Good knowledge about Faurecia Excellence System.o PC&L Fundamentals, 7 delivery basics and 7 inventory basics.o Leadership and autonomy.o Active team member with great communication skills.o Multidisciplinary team environment.o International mindset.o Good communication.We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those under consideration will be contacted.Faurecia is so much more than a top-7 global automotive and technology leader.
