Keeping results above targets.Responsible to capture root cause analysis together with the Value stream team and action plan to improve metrics.System Maintenance Jobs, Product idResponsible of NMR cleanup by promising according to parts availability and line capacity.Responsible of creating recovery plans together with VST when past due accumulation or special projects to measure progressDevelop and participate in Kaizen events to improve plant metricsResponsible of promote safe environment at workKey element in the customer service and continuous improvement culture.Responsible to monitor and maintain Past due in the lowest levels possible, by scheduling ahead due dates and creating actionitems with the VST for root causesPromote and reinforce the integrity of data.Develop Inventory reduction plans with VST for Subassembly and FG by converting, reworking excess of material.Self-learner and problem solver.Participate in risk management, which includes the identification of failure modes, hazards and environmental aspects, their respective assessment and the definition and implementation of controls.What we look for: Education and Skills: Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineer, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.Plenty understanding of MRPHigh Scheduling of Manufacturing Lines skills (schedule based on capacity, bottle necks, etc)Advanced Excel skillsLEM behaviorsLanguage: English advanced to communicate.Experience: Minimum of two years in planning.
