Description Job Title: Time escalate complex issues to Tier-2/IT.
· Maintain a knowledge base / FAQ for common user questions.
· Collaboration and compliance · Work with HR, payroll, operations and site managers to ensure schedule adherence and regulatory compliance (labor laws, union rules where applicable).
· Support audits and provide records as requested.
Required Qualifications: · 2+ years in HR operations/timekeeping/scheduling or related operational support role.
· Experience with time customer-service orientation.
· Ability to work on a shift schedule and meet weekly deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications: · Associate or bachelor's degree in HR, business, analytics or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Experience in manufacturing environment/sector.
· Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
· Experience with labor rules/union scheduling and wage table management.
· Continuous improvement or Lean experience.
