Manage, coordinate and control all activities required for the correct and timely calculation and payment of the payroll of the company, ensuring the accounting for such transactions and payments within the legal limits of taxes and contributions on labor matters develop these activities an efficient manner so as to ensure that the company has recognized in its accounts all obligations.
Job SummaryKey Duties And ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise the proper and timely preparation of payroll company (Weekly and Bi-Weekly)
Calculation of payments
Allocation, delivery and membership card and banking payroll vouchers pantry staff of the company
Submission of Notices Afiliatorios IMSS (Amendments salary)
Preparation and presentation of financial statements risk grade IMSS and informative wages and salaries
Disabilities Administration IMSS
Care requirements labor authorities (IMSS, INFONAVIT) as well as the information required by the external auditors
Calculate payroll taxes and coordinate payment accordingly
Coordinate scattering payroll, coupons pantry and savings fund
Ensure proper accounting of the payroll and related taxes
Annual staff of the company, certificates of perceptions and retention delivery
Education / CertificationsEducation Required
High School Diploma or EquivalentField Of Study
Accounting or FinanceOther Certifications Required Or DesiredCPA, LAE or similar
Must be fluid in conversational business English
Work ExperienceWork Experience Required Or Desired
At least 4 years in similar position Additional RequirementsAdditional Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities DesiredGeneral Knowledge: IMSS Law, Income Tax Law, Federal Labor Law, General Ledger, Payroll Receipt Ringing, Calculation of Final Settlements, IDSE, SUA, State Taxes
