**JOB DESCRIPTION**GPS - Global Payments Services is responsible for the end to end Card Member payments processing accross the world. In this role you will be supporting the process for Americas (Argentina, Mexico, Canada, US and Latin America.How will you make an impact in this role?- Manage relationship with our Business Partners (Banks and Retailers)- Ensure Payment Files coming from Business Partners are received accurately and timely- Ensure Corporate Central Payments are posted within SLA's- Keeps GPS leadership informed on potential impacts and Keeping an effective communication across all areas- Ensure funds are settled on time in our Bank Accounts- Develops and maintains strong relations with stakeholders/colleagues across geographies and organizational levels- To provide support and monitoring to the GAR (India) group for the correct conciliation of account ledgers- To generate daily reports bank to bank with funds and transactions balance.- Accomplish resolution time with the items within ledger accounts policy- Manage each one of the processes knowing that they are "values" to guard and control of the company's partners and clients.- Manage and process millions of dollars within SLAs daily.- Manage and process thousands of customers within SLAs daily.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Strong analytical capabilities with an excellent understanding of company financials, cost accounting, process unit costs- Excellent communication skills in order to present key financial information effectively at all levels of both American Express and the partners- Strong negotiation and influencing skills- Customer focused- Good problem solving abilities- Ability to set objectives and priorities quickly and accurately- Vendor management skills- Microsoft Office experience required (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)- Experience in the payment, surrender, control and funds balance operation.- Resolution capability with "lacking and remaining" differences.- Experience in partners managing and relationship (Banks and finance entities)- Experience in data and control processing.- Support in payment's inquiry- Advanced English, spoken and writing.- Experience in accounting actions with follow up and inquiry.- Ability to handle projects and activities plan- Quality control skills- Ability to work under pressure, time and money- Experience working with banking and, or accounting platforms
