**Key Competencies**
- Functional knowledge: Well-versed in sustainability best practices; specific

knowledge of packaging materials, processes and recycling methods related to packaging.
- Business savvy: Understands trends, technology and information impacting the business and organization; knows how the business and competition works.
- Leverages cross functional partners to develop and implement programs which foster engagement.
- Strong presentation skills and speaking ability; comfortable with interacting with senior leadership.
**Experience Required**
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Material Science, Engineering, Management,

Communications or related field.
- 7 years of experience in Sustainability related areas - at least five years in leadership roles in

packaging sustainability; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which

provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
- Must have a proven track record of being innovative as well as possessing strong communication,

project management, and leadership skills, while performing in a fast paced, regulatory environment.
- Awareness of best practices in sustainable packaging, including knowledge of regulations, laws, and guidelines
