Now Hiring: Bilingual Outbound Sales Representatives
QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to possess strong sales skills and closing techniques.
Experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or any other relevant role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence leads to work with our organization.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Ability to handle multiple lead development projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Ability to execute and call on a list of leads from top to bottom while logging each communication with detailed notes.
Make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high quality leads for outside sales team visits.
Follow up with potential customers in an organized, professional and timely manner.
Multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
Ensuring time between calls is no more than 3-5 minutes.
Constantly developing product knowledge to increase effectiveness.
