Operations Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
As Order Entry Specialist you will be an integral part of Canadian Process Automa-tion organization.
You will work in close collaboration with Project Managers and Controllers.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Unit in Merida, Yucatan.
You will be mainly accountable for: - Record customer purchase orders in SAP as per instructions and procedures.
- Maintain accurate data entry throughout order execution.
- Issue invoices in SAP as per contract milestones and enter in customer platform if needed.
- Follow up on invoice status.
- Retain documentation related to orders that support compliance with internal controls and procedures.
- Ensure proactive communication with all stakeholders.
- Effectively support Controlling and Project Management with ad hoc requests.
**Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in order entry.
- Direct experience with SAP.
- Positive outlook, ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in English language, French is an asset.
