Overview:**Team Lead- Customer Care 2023**Support, Monitoring and Follow-up of operational activities through Internal WWS and External Client Systems.**Job Description**:**WHAT YOU'LL DO**- Monitoring Vehicle Entries and Exits of our client through the systems.- Input-Output Planning with operational teams.- Attend Conferences Required by the supervisor.- Coordinate NOD/FFCC load assembly.- Control of Campaigns and Arrests.- Daily Report of Inputs and Outputs to Client.- Import Control.Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas, industrial engineering, bachelor's degree in computer science or career to end.Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Pivot Tables, Comparisons.Experience: 02 years minimum of experience Analysis in: Inventory Control and shipments.Language required: English not required.Availability to travel: No**Skills**:IntegrityTeamworkConflict ManagementNegotiatorCustomer ServiceInnovativePay Type : Hourly
