Operations Specialist - Time Critical

Preferred time zones: Americas or Southeast Asia At PARCEL PILOTS, we are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to support our growing global time-critical logistics operations.
We are a young and dynamic start-up specializing in On Board Courier (OBC) solutions worldwide.
This is a fully remote position with shift-based availability, including evenings and weekends.
In this role, precision, clear communication, and strong operational skills are essential to meet the demands of our international clients.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in time-critical logistics or OBC operations
• Solid understanding of travel planning, flight routing, and international logistics
• Solution-oriented with the ability to make fast, well-informed decisions
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
German and Spanish skills are a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
