This position is very similar to FOC IM for DFS but much more dynamic with no set of scripts to follow in that you need to think outside the box to solve all issues with each call.
Manage and drive out problems with the Clarify incidents that are open each day.
Host a daily meeting with the client to report on issues or information needed to get the call closed.
Update and send out reports daily while making updates in Clarify using ClearVision.
Must be very familiar with Clarify and ClearVision.
MS Excel skills need to be very good. Need to be able to do Pivots, Vlookups, Create Formulas etc.....
English needs to be very clear since you would be client facing on daily calls.
