Be a daily safety influencer with production associates at the shop floor.Proactive leadership in safety risk identification and defenses implementation. Compliant with all regulatory norms from Secretary of Labor and Environmental.Own and drive to excellence EHS framework elements. Such as High-Risk Operations and Accident Investigations.Participate in Safety brigades.Audit Job Safety Analysis and Work Instructions to ensure they are up to date.Lead EHS campaigns.Zero defects and lead a strong Quality Culture with high sense of urgency. Always complaint and audit ready.Lead initiative and journey to Zero Scrap.Proactive leadership in Quality and daily risk identification. Lead to closing all actions.Follow standard work and develop when needed.Own Delivery metric with drive and actions to meet request dates.Lead and develop successful NPIs.Lead Kaizen culture, AWOs and meet Continuous Improvement targets. Lead engagement initiatives such as Teaming.Drive actions to achieve and maintain world class 5s.Own planning of resources to meet production plans and drive actions to improve efficiency YoY by eliminating waste.Own project tracker of Variable Other cost reduction.Execute production plan. Close monitoring and forecasting of liquidation hours.Stable Ops and takt time production execution.Lead Cycle time reduction projects.Monitor Fall outs and meet UXV targets.ExperienceMinimum 5 - 10 years of experience of working in a production role, preferably in a production engineering, industrial manufacturing process-oriented organization.- Bachelor degree- Experience of working closely with Quality Assurance & Quality Control and Health, safety & Environment, ISO grading / certification.- Experience and skills in personnel and asset safety- Effective communications- Ability to plan, organize, coordinate & control- Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and teach others- Fluent in EnglishWabtec Corporation is committed to taking on the world's toughest challenges.
