Operations Manager - Aicm

**Duties & Responsabilities**- Ensures customer requirements/specifications and service requirements are complied with across all departing locations, domestic and abroad.
This includes production, processing, on-time performance, equipment inventory, and quality assurance controls- Reporting on KPIs that assess performance and compliance- Maintains customer communication with local and corporate airline representatives to ensure all requests, investigations, etc.
are concluded to the satisfaction of the customer and company- Monitors compliance to performance and delivery procedures- Monitors operational efficiency through catering relationships units and high level understanding of base capabilities and limitations- Utilizes warehousing and operations space technology to forecast, assist in ordering, manage inventory reporting and space management- Completes all administrative reports in an accurate and timely manner- Contributes to facility security by monitoring and executing programs including all governmentally regulated and corporate requirements- Builds relationships with airline customers and catering units across the network- Reacts to operational change and airline developments e.G., planning and execution of new base start-ups**Education**:- A degree level education from an accredited university or equivalent**Work Experience**:- 2-3 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field**Language / Communication Skills**:- Complete fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
