About the area:
Area that is responsible for the migration of databases from one country to another, mainly will be translations from Spanish to English.
Objective of the Position:
Perform the validations that are required within the migration processes of a country from the regional platform to the global platform.
Your main responsibilities as an Operations Analyst will be:
:Execute the instructions corresponding to the migration processes of a country from the regional platform to the global platform.
: Make the comparisons of the migration information from the regional platform to the global platform, generating the analysis of identification of the differences found and the causes of the same and the solutions to be applied in case of needing corrections.
: Plan and organize the activities of the different services according to the plans of the transition, in order to guarantee the timely delivery of the information.
: Apply quality standards set by the Operations Area to guarantee the reliability of the information.
: Advise and give support to both the areas and clients, on the management of information to establish opportunities for improvement in the structure of the categories during migration.
: Intern or bachelor commercial relations, marketing, administration or industrial or technical systems, ing. industrial
: Management of the Office (Word:PPT:Excel intermediate)
: Handling Google tools (intermediate Spreadsheet:Document:Presentation)
: Analysis capacity
: Attitude of service and orientation to action and clients
: Schedule availability
: Intermediate English (handle all 4 skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening), managing to have a conversation)
