Cognizant is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to work within the North America Onboarding and Engagement Team. This individual would be responsible for a range of administrative, coordination and training duties related to Cognizant’s onboarding and engagement efforts within North America.
On-Boarding/Training/Assimilation
Coordinate and provide admin support for various programs and systems

Coordinate and confirm logistics for the Up to M/ SM+ Day ONE Program

Manage, audit and respond to the NA Integration Mailbox

Manage internal social media platform (Yammer) group for new hires to ensure content is kept up-to-date, posting questions, etc.

Develop and coordinate sessions on internal social media platform for new hires on Yammer

Creation of onboarding collaterals and communications

Assistance with D+ Connect Leadership sessions – scheduling calendar, providing reports, moderating, etc.

Provide support for surveys, SharePoint, program reporting, and metrics

Regularly update content on all collaterals and Apps that the Onboarding and Engagement Team maintains

Order supplies and giveaways for training and events

Act as back- up to deliver training for the Up to M/ SM+ Day ONE Program, Executive Level, campus orientation and support rebadged associates as needed

Support Executive Onboarding program including:
Send follow up Day 1 collaterals.
Coordinate I9 point of contact.
Coordinate IT to make sure equipment is set up and delivered for Day 1.
Sending travel confirmation and logistics for Day 1.
