On Trade ManagerMexico External Job Description Purpose of role:
Lead the design, development and execution of the right On Trade channel long term strategy
Lead the On Trade development model to face new opportunities and market complexities
Lead the commercial agenda with On Trade customers, to assure NSV, trade investment and executional targets
Incentivize and develop commercial talent
Comply with all local and global commercial policies
Inspire a multifunctional team to drive breakthrough and over deliver
Top 3-5 Accountabilities:
High internal and external Sr. stakeholder’s influential skills, partner with customer’s key stakeholders.
Shape the future
Think out the box, needs to design a new and different distribution solution to a new category for Diageo Mexico. Strategic thinking, Commercial insight, Inquisitiveness, Imagination and strong commercial and negotiation skills. Inspire others to think the unthinkable and make things happen

Qualifications and Experience Required:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or Engineering.
Sales experience in CPG’s companies (8 – 10 years)
Master in people management, evaluation, development, motivation, etc.
Team player and leader
Excellent written and communication skills.
Fluent Spanish and English required.
Well versed in Sales Capabilities
Management of multiple / senior stakeholders, knows how to hold others to account.

Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent management capabilities
