**Are You Looking to**
- Directly supervises employees in the line.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
**Are You Ready to**
- Playing an active role in problem solving, process improvement and adjustments.
- Implementing activities to maximize equipment efficiency in order to meet the manufacturing plan/production schedule and budgeted equipment expectations.
- Operational responsibilities which include covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling product, performing quality checks and pallet release duties.
**What You'll Need**
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
