Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.- Skilled in Mobile Device Management core concepts- Proven track record of advanced diagnosis and troubleshooting skills to resolve problems.- Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android.- Experience with mobile management platforms including AirWatch / Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune.- Knowledge of mobile app deployment tools, such as Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect, App Center, TestFlight, Apple Configurator, Managed Google Play, Apple Business Portal (VPP).- Must have clear communication skills, both oral and written.- Due to the nature of this position it may be required for the employee to travel. Therefore, dependent on the employee's location, the employee may be required to possess a valid Drivers license
