Accountable for the delivery of commercial brands and skills training through partnership agreements in line with CO & Business strategy. Work with regional and local stakeholders to deliver training programs for the assigned Business Unit.
Develop quality partnership agreements through training activities in line with business needs. Work with regional and local teams to deliver training and development programs in accordance with local training needs, aligned with regional strategy for the assigned Business Unit.

Work locally with Business Units & other business partners as a consultant, to gain a deep understanding of local business priorities and needs, and develop the scheduling of training programs to those needs
Adapt and approve regional training strategy, and develop and execute implementation plans in Mexico, as well as design, develop and execute local training strategies where regional plans don´t meet local needs.
Support the CO Mexico Lead in improving overall functional services and increasing customer satisfaction to enable business objectives´ achievement as well as business opportunities gathering.
Localize global CFC´s curriculum to match local business context and compliance regulations.
Develop business oriented training plans to impact sales performance and prioritize training field work.
Act as a coach to Sales Representatives and District Managers locally and/or across regional markets.
Development of training virtualization, managing and updating training materials in P2L.
Local understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry and the ability to translate business needs into training strategy.
Indicate qualifications that are job related, consistent with business necessity and necessary for the performance of an essential function of this role including: education/licenses/certifications, experience, technical and/or other job-related skills.
Education: Bachelor´s Degree, health related career preferably.
Languages: Spanish, intermediate English level (fluent conversational English desired).
MS Office proficiency.
LMS systems proficiency (P2L).
e-learning development systems proficiency (Claro).
Virtual platform use proficiency (Webex/VCT).
Excellent presentation/facilitation skills (including virtual).
Excellent knowledge of assigned brands.
