- Create and communicate aunified vision and strategyfor market access in local market, aligned with Global vision
-Cross functional alignment withother functional areas (Business Unit Leaders, Regulatory Affairs and Medical) to ensure implementation of all Access Strategies to obtain the inclusion of BMS Products in main formularies.
- Lead aMarket Access ManagementTeam dedicated to gaining early access to BMS Products in public and private formularies. Coach and develop team’s competencies.
-Scan the external environmentto identify and analyze trends/changes which will influence access. Determine their implications for BMS and communicate to all internal stakeholders.Shape the external environmentand health policy by identifying, building and leveraging strong relationships with key external stakeholders
- Lead the creation of integratedmarket access plansfor all key brands within the Brand Planning process to ensure minimal barriers to launch and uptake
- Develop and maintain a seamlessinterface with Global Market Access Teamto ensure local data and value proposition requirements are represented effectively and early.
- Act in accordance with BMS Policy on Standards of Business Practice and Conduct, Compliance regulations and all local laws.
Job Requirements
In-depth knowledge of country health system, dynamics and policy
Deep knowledge of country healthcare customers, stakeholders and influencers and understanding of their needs
Knowledge of Pricing and Reimbursement, Government Affairs, Global Pharma-economics.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with team members, other functions, strategic partners and customers.
Works cooperatively with others in order to meet group and organizational goals.
