Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an MES System Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the IT Project Manager the MES System Analyst role involves… Responsible for providing L3/L4 support, leading, or coordinating resolution for critical business-impacting Incidents and continuous Problem management initiatives.What a typical day looks like:Responsible for technical solutions for one or more IT Infrastructure, MES applications, or its components as per business requirements.Identify and deliver tools for effective day-to-day operations while proactively scouting for opportunities to improve the stability and performance of the systems.Knowledge and understanding of the key aspects of IT Technology: Network /Storage / Database /SystemsDocument the functional and technical aspects of the solution.Ensure adequate monitoring, tools, and controls are in place to ensure the stability of the solutions.Propose system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.Initiate and/or lead Problem Management initiatives for recurrent problems on the solution delivered.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Bachelor´s Degree in Electronic systems engineering or related field.Fluent English spoken and written.Related experience in a similar position.Ability to design and document B2B solutions/interfaces.Knowledge and an understanding of the integrations from the Baan EDI module using conversion setups.SQL Knowledge.Availability to Travel (10% approx.
