Descripción y detalle de las actividades Eaton’s Aerospacial division is currently seeking a Master Scheduler to join our team.This position is based at our Tijuana facility.The Master Scheduler is responsible for coordinating all demand with sending sites, and providing a plan at order receipttaking into account level loading, capacity, strategic inventory (buffer stock); working on planning initiatives, etc.Making what matters work at Eaton takes the passion of every employee around the world. It’s where bold, bright professionals likeyou can reach your full potential—and where you can help us reach ours.Some activities related with the position will be:Balances current and future customer demand requirements with manufacturing and supplier capabilities/capacities to
ensure completion of customer requirementsCreates the Master Production Schedule in the MRP system to generate requirements for manufactured and purchased
parts while ensuring desired inventory levels are maintainedActs as a tie breaker between customer service and manufacturing: Reviews new sales order requests and provides a
feasible promise dates to customer service before the orders are promisedAnalyzes data, including enterprise requirements planning information and prepares reports as needed to facilitate and
recommend actions to ensure optimal supply chain executionReviews planning parameters in order execution systems (such as MFGPro) to ensure proper order generationCoordinates with supply Chain, Manufacturing and Customer Service groups to maintain plant-wide production
scheduling informationAssists materials planning group in analyzing the need for and size of strategic inventories to meet customer demand

Experiencia y requisitos
Required Qualifications:3-5 years of related experience.3-5 years experience within a manufacturing setting.Experience scheduling and planning of manufacturing processes.Bilingual English/ SpanishGood communication skillsKnowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements and order generation process logic.Detailed understanding of SIOP processMRP experience
