Descripción de la Plaza/nAs Marketing Manager, you’ll be an essential part of the team, overseeing all digital media purchases across search (Google Ads, Bing), social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & others), display, and retargeting, and well as additional offline channels.
You’ll work closely with our designers, copywriters, project manager, CEO, and external marketing agencies to plan, buy, and optimize media targeting (for both brand awareness and direct response). You’ll help scale our media budget, devise cross-channel campaigns, and help build our analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify areas of improvement in our marketing campaigns by leveraging data and analytics.
- Work with our creative team, sales team, project manager, marketing agency and our CEO to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Improve the overall performance of our online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Work with our finance team to manage budgets and timelines.
- Review and interpret key performance metrics and analytics to identify when things are going wrong, or need to be optimized.
- Work closely with our web developers, our technical team, and our engineering team to oversee the implementation of more analytics and tracking tools.
- Develop a cross-channel strategy to meet both short term and long term acquisition goals.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to efficiently scale acquisitions.
- Provide critical reporting to stakeholders including C-level, our internal growth team and our investors.

Requisitos:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Administration or equivalent.
- You have 4+ years experience in acquisition marketing.
- You have 3+ years expertise in SEM, paid search and paid social.
- You have excellent written and spoken English.
- You have excellent quantitative and data analysis skills.
- You have 2+ years of experience working with Google - Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- You have strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, basic modeling).
- You have meticulous attention to detail in execution.
- You can use data-driven marketing to identify trends, patterns, and key opportunities for innovation and optimization for the customer journey.
Nice to have:
- You have experience working with external agencies and forming strong relationships with Adwords, Facebook and Yahoo account teams.
- You 3+ years of performance marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
- You have 2+ years with SQL experience.
