Job Title: Executive Sales & Marketing Assistant.
Location: Merida, Yucatan.
(Could be hybrid)Shift time: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm mstSalary: $21,000 mil pesos mxn brutos.
Key Responsibilities Administrative & Email Management:• Triage and respond to a high volume of emails (100+/day).
• Organize calendar and manage scheduling, especially during active deal periods.
• Manage documents, follow-ups, meeting prep, and other coordination tasks.
• Monitor and prioritize buyer/seller communications.
Sales & Marketing Support • Manage the Value Builder sales funnel (white papers, drip campaigns, reports).
• Draft, post, and schedule content for LinkedIn, WordPress, and other platforms.
• Assist with newsletter creation and distribution to COIs (Centers of Influence).
• Support coordination and promotion of events or seminars.
CRM & Due Diligence • Maintain and update CRM with deal stages, financials, and documentation.• Request updated financials from sellers (P&Ls, balance sheets).
• Redact sensitive info from tax returns and other confidential documents.
• Assist in creating/editing SIMs (Confidential Information Memorandums).
Strategic Growth Support • Support outreach to strategic partners, referral sources, and potential clients.
• Help develop targeted sales efforts by niche, geography, or COI type.
• Conduct research (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to support business development.
Must Have:• Strong email management skills: triaging, follow-ups, appointment setting.
• CRM data entry and drip campaign support (Value Builder platform).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead generation.
• Ability to manage and post content on social media platforms (especially LinkedIn).
• Experience with basic document formatting and online forms.
• Support with SIM (Confidential Information Memo) creation and file handling.
• Comfort with using ChatGPT or similar tools to improve efficiency.
• Attention to detail when handling financials, documents, and due diligence tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
